Pigeon Head Brewery was established in 2014. The emphasis of the brew mater/co-owner was to focus on German styles; which has now expanded. With a International Diploma in Brewing Technology from Germany and Chicago Pigeon Head has bushed the style envelope.

IBU definitions for all their 12 beers on tap run the gambit from 8-50. Seasonal beers sneak in throughout the year. Pints range from $5 to $8 per.

The Taproom has a great welcoming feel that welcomes all comers.

Pigeon Head started brewing Lager-the first in Reno, so they claim. This is a serious brewery with state of the art equipment making a fine line of beers.
